We use a five-tier credibility grading system: UNVERIFIED (no physical evidence, based on testimony or folklore), PLAUSIBLE (circumstantial evidence or credible accounts exist), CORROBORATED (multiple independent sources confirm key elements), DEBUNKED (conclusively disproven by evidence), and EXPLAINED (accepted scientific or historical explanation exists). Each case file is evaluated based on evidence quality, witness reliability, and corroborating data.
